Book your Ticketless journey online, by phone or at a travel agency. No need for printing or going to a ticket office or a travel agency to collect your ticket. You will receive the confirmation of your booking by email and you can also receive the confirmation of your seat (seat and carriage number) by text message before your journey if you subscribed to this service. Stop worrying about losing or forgetting your ticket!
In order to make your journeys as simple as possible, Thalys invites you to discover our MobileTicketing (temporarily unavailable)**.
This service enables you to receive your Ticketless bookings and changes directly to your mobile phone in the form of digital bar codes. To benefit from this service, all you have to do is modify your profile by ticking the MobileTicket box, and by confirming your phone number.
You now have three possibilitites to identify yourself to the Train Manager:
- present your Thalys TheCard Card,
- or present the bar codes downloaded onto your mobile phone,
- or even show a printed version of the ticket received by email.
* Only available on trains operated by Thalys (except connections).
